Victoria helped me see through the fog of being in the centre of everyday living (and the negative interactions with in that) to seeing the situation as an outsider looking in. Victoria helped me to look at my life in a more positive way. I started off wanting a five year plan which would lead to a career change but I soon realised that so many big things were going on in my life (including expecting my second child) that actually I needed to live in the present more. Victoria’s excellent listening skills and questions led me on a journey to self reflection on a lot of the ‘negative’ things in my life, many of which I have been able to turn into positives. How much does coaching with you cost?

A 3-month package of six bi-weekly sessions: 2,280 AED

A shorter 3-week package of one session per week: 1,200 AED

I’m a certified coach trained through the Animas Centre for Coaching, and I bring a rich blend of techniques from neuroscience and psychotherapy into my practice—including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Narrative Coaching, NLP, Person-Centred Coaching, and Positive Psychology.

Sessions are insightful, supportive, honest—and often full of energy and emotion. We’ll explore what’s not working in your life, dig into the underlying beliefs or behaviours holding you back, and define clear, achievable steps forward.
